I find the disconnect between my home and Waterloo to be striking. In essence I ‘transplant’ myself into a radically different environment. An enviroment where I am someone else. The roles I now have to play, the challenges I now face, all of these seem foreign now – even after a 3 (2.5) day hiatus.
I feel like I’m trying to shift gears and the clutch is stuck.
