Sometimes I wonder if the ECE department revels in busy work. Today we have our fourth year presentation. A pass/fail affair, this 10 minute affair is supposed to outline our design project.
At 45 seconds a slide for 15 slides, it’s hard to see how much information the two markers are going to get out of this – let alone make informed judgments or comments.
It’s all a big gyp. I could be doing more interesting, or more pressing activities [cough]380 Project 2[cough] in the hour that I’m sequestered there.
And I just realized that of the 5 people living at my residence, I’m the only one without a laptop. Yeah – I’m poor.
