It’s time to retire my GRD III.
We’ve had a good run – over three years now, I think. I’ve taken it everywhere, used it everywhere; dropped it more times than I can count. It’s been scratched, scuffed, and the grip is peeling – so, yeah, a little beat up. But it’s always there, always ready, always turns on and shoots.
The successor?
A GRD IV. Practically identical. Two years old now, with a few nips and tucks to tighten the overall experience. Has its own flaws – but don’t we all? I hope I like it as much as I did the GRD III.
